One comment about the ATC and Apron Control tower if I may;
It's windows should be a bit less transparent. That is not just clear normal glass but one that helps blocking the sun to some extent.
Therefore viewed from outside the windows have a black tone to them. Visible on this picture: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1254034/L/

Same goes for the old tower on top of the dock terminal 2. Or actually, those windows are even darker, in all those years working at the airport I've never managed to see anything inside that old tower!

And back to the actual ATC tower, if you compare that picture I've linked to with your latest screenshot from the tower you can see that the round structure below the windows needs to have a dark grey tone instead of brown, same goes to the panels around the windows. They don't have the same colour as the concrete walls, they're grey as well.

Last but not least the antennas surrounding the ground movement radar are a bit on the big side, maybe you want to reduce their size a bit, actually around half of what it is right now on your screenshot.

That's it! Just wanted to comment about the tower as it is a eye catching structure at the airport and needs to look right. And seeing the attention of detail you gave to the ground markings I'm sure you can improve the towers quite a bit!
